This recipe was sent to me by Little Lamb Lost. (Thanx LLL)

1 pound/454g bittersweet chocolate chopped

4oz/113g butter

4 eggs

1 tablespoon flour

Whipped cream with 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Raspberry/orange sauce

Preheat oven to 450F or 230CV

Butter and line an 8 inch springform pan with baking paper

Melt butter and choc until smooth.

In a large bowl: Beat eggs well . Add choc mixture and flour until well blended.

Spread evenly into pan.

Bake for 12-15 mins. (Cake must be soft in centre. Will firm as it cools)

Cool at room temp, then refrigerate.

Raspberry Sauce:

2 cups raspberries

Two tbsp powdered sugar.

Heat until berries are soft, and then put through a sieve. (Adjust flavour by adding lemon juice or more sugar).

Can be made with frozen raspberries too

Serve in thin slices on a plate.

Drizzle with sauce

Add whipped cream if you so wish.

Savor with a cup of tea or coffee, and a good man

(Okay—I added the good man bit in.)
